Responsibilities
As the Strategic Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the business strategy and ensuring the success of our recruiting agency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing strategic solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional results.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize business performance.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client engagements.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve business performance.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field with at least 5 years experience.
  • Proven experience as a Business Manager in a recruiting agency or related industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
