Job Title: Sales Supervisor

  • We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and a firm sense of commitment to serve as a Sales Supervisor. This is a selected position that combines both sales and business development and day-to-day sales team management in the same role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and managing the sales team in order to achieve the organization’s goals.
  • Establish and build a database of active clients and business accounts via prospecting, networking and referrals.
  • Provide clients with the highest level of service and support in order to retain their business grow their accounts and gain referrals.
  • Generating new business leads and setting appointments
  • Making sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to determine their requirements
  • Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
  • Following up on client referrals
  • Meeting or exceeding all performance goals

Specific Qualifications

  • First Degree in any Business Management or related degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ work experience ina logistics industry ispreferred
  • Proven track record of success in previous employment
  • Strong desire to build a sales career
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Solid diplomatic and conflict-management skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Sales experience is mandatory.
