- We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and a firm sense of commitment to serve as a Sales Supervisor. This is a selected position that combines both sales and business development and day-to-day sales team management in the same role.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and managing the sales team in order to achieve the organization’s goals.
- Establish and build a database of active clients and business accounts via prospecting, networking and referrals.
- Provide clients with the highest level of service and support in order to retain their business grow their accounts and gain referrals.
- Generating new business leads and setting appointments
- Making sales presentations to prospective clients
- Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to determine their requirements
- Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
- Following up on client referrals
- Meeting or exceeding all performance goals
Specific Qualifications
- First Degree in any Business Management or related degree
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience ina logistics industry ispreferred
- Proven track record of success in previous employment
- Strong desire to build a sales career
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
- Solid diplomatic and conflict-management skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Sales experience is mandatory.
