Pally Agro Group is a conglomerate of business including manufacturing of soya oil, feed mill, Banga, plantation, plastic and poultry farm.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chicken Processing Supervisor / Manager

Location: Ashipa, Ogun
Report to: The GM / HRM

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate chicken processing operations to meet production targets.
• Oversee the proper functioning of chicken processing machines and equipment.
• Train and lead a team of processing staff to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Monitor and maintain adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with chicken processing machinery.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team for routine inspections and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Food Technology or equivalent; additional technical certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in chicken processing and technology-related roles.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chicken Processing Supervisor with technical expertise.
• Background in food and technology, preferably with a relevant technician qualification.
• Knowledge of chicken processing machinery and equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and address technical issues promptly.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and quality control.

Salary Range & Benefit

• N120,000 - N150,000 (Gross) Monthly - depending on experience.
