Job Title: Internal Audit Officer (Hotel)

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Hotel and Restaurant Internal Auditor.He/she MUST have hotel/Restaurant experience.
• It is strictly for a candidate who has worked in a Hotel/Restaurant as an Internal Auditor.

Responsibilities 

• Report to Head of Accounts and Admin
• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Record, store, access, and/or analyse computerized financial information.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for property according to cash handling policy and procedures.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
• Audit statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
• Check stock to ensure control

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a BSc in Accounting or HND qualification.
• 2 - 4 years work experience.
• Good communication Skill.
• Team player.
• Good knowledge of Audit, Tax, and Budget.
• Good knowledge of accounting pros and cons.
• Good knowledge of Hotel Costing.
• Good knowledge of reconciliation of Accounts.
• Good Knowlegde of Bank statements.
• Good knowledge of financial statements preparation.

Salary / Benefits

• N70,000- N90,000 monthly depending on experience.
