Job Title: Parts Counter Analyst
Location: Warri, Delta

Summary of Responsibilities
- To maintain up-to-date and efficient Parts Service system that will satisfy new and old customers.
- To ensure maximum sales of parts are made with little or no lost sales by providing possible alternatives.
Main Functions
- Receive, process, interpret and adequately vet all customers’ LPOs and other related enquiries for desirable selling actions.
- Prepare parts quotations as required and monitor for transmutation to selling action.
- Liaise with CIC for proper ordering and prompt parts supply to customers’ satisfaction.
- Offer Technical advice and alternative solutions to satisfy customer requirements.
- Ensure prompt auctioning of computer generated Parts Picking lists.
- Relate with Warehouse Personnel for quick response on customers’ requests.

Relevant Information
- HND / B.Sc. Engineering with a minimum of 3 years working experience in Technical Sections of MNL or similar company.
