Job Description

• The Investor Services Client Services Officer is responsible for daily query management, detachment of shares and account services (opening, closure and amendment).
• The Client services officer  will be required to call-over pending emails & follow up with relevant units on pending mails.
• To send weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to stakeholders and ensure the emails are directed to the appropriate teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• First Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is an added advantage

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience required within the financial services sector
