Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and energetic hotel manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, and ensuring that all hotel operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hotel operations.
• Hire, train and supervise staff.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets.
• Respond to guest complaints and resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain discipline amongst staff members.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure maximum revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Previous experience as a hotel manager or similar role.
• Proven track record in delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Strong leadership, management, verbal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of hotel software and booking systems
• Excellent numerical skills.
