Job Title: Talent Sourcing Executive

Location: Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and connect with potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure a competitive edge in attracting top talent.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, both virtual and in-person.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcing Executive or similar role with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Familiarity with the telecommunications and information technology industry is a plus.
