Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Lottery Draw/Operations Executive to join our team. This crucial role involves overseeing and managing the entire lottery draw process, ensuring that it adheres meticulously to approved procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- The Lottery Draw/Operations Executive will be responsible for draw machine maintenance, pre-draw coordination, equipment readiness, live drawing oversight, meticulous record-keeping, regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of quality control. Key Responsibilities
Draw Procedure Adherence:
- Display a thorough understanding of and unwavering adherence to approved lottery draw procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure that all drawing activities are conducted in strict accordance with established rules and regulations.
Draw Machine Maintenance:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on draw machines to guarantee they remain in optimal working condition.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to promptly address any technical issues that may arise.
Pre-Lottery Draw Coordination:
- Work closely with the Operations Head to confirm that all prerequisites and conditions for the lottery draw are met before its commencement.
- Verify that all necessary personnel, equipment, and documentation are prepared and ready for the draw.
Equipment and Team Readiness:
- Ensure that all equipment, including draw machines, balls, and associated
- technology, are fully functional and prepared for use.
- Coordinate with the live draw team to confirm their availability and readiness for the draw.
Pre-Draw Checklist:
- Execute a comprehensive pre-draw checklist, methodically confirming that all
- essential preparations have been meticulously completed.
- Verify the presence and functionality of backup systems and contingency plans.
- Get final approval from the Operations Head to proceed with the draw.
- Document same
Live Drawing Oversight:
- Take charge of overseeing and managing the live drawing process, guaranteeing its seamless and uninterrupted progression.
- Address any unexpected issues or anomalies during the draw in a transparent and documented manner.
Records and Documentation:
- Maintain precise records of all lottery draw activities, encompassing equipment checks, draw procedures, and results.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, meeting compliance and auditing standards, to ensure transparency and accountability.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Remain informed about the latest lottery regulations and compliance requirements in alignment with NLRC guidelines.
- Ensure that all draw activities rigorously adhere to legal and regulatory standards as delineated in the Approved Draw SOP.
Quality Control:
- Implement stringent quality control measures to validate the accuracy and fairness of each lottery draw.
- Continuously explore innovative methods to enhance transparency
Requirements
- Minimum B.Sc./HND in related course
- Proven experience in Lottery/Gaming Operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with communication tools and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- 2 years and above experience.
