Job Title: Head of Medical Laboratory

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science
• At least 15 years' working experience
• 5 - 7 years experience at a managerial capacity at a Medical Laboratory
• Current Practicing License from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN)
• Additional training and experience in laboratory quality management systems
• Advanced knowledge of medical laboratory protocols Able to work efficiently under time constraints Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of quality management standards (e.g. ISO)
• All candidates must be highly motivated team players willing to go the extra mile; they must possess excellent communication (written, spoken and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
• Computer knowledge is a MUST.
