Qualifications and Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Genetics or Biomedical Sciences
• Must have 1 - 3 years post NYSC work experience Excellent verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patient families as well scientific and clinical audiences
• Customer service experience.
• Must have strong active listening skills and advanced problem-solving abilities while being able to work in a team.
• Ability to confidently make and receive phone calls from a variety of healthcare professionals and patients.
• Knowledge in Embryology/ Clinical Embryology would be an a an added advantage.
• All candidates must be highly motivated team players willing to go the extra mile; they must possess excellent communication (written, spoken and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
• Computer knowledge is a MUST.
