Job Title: Windmilled & 5layer Machine Operator

Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

• Operate BFL machine independently
• Maintain and prepare and production record as per defined specification
• Manage the daily activity of BFL area
• Coordinate with maintenance team in trouble shooting
• Maintain good health of the machine and upkeep of the surrounding
• Prepare production record as per system
• Coordinate with maintenance

Requirements

• S.S.C.E, Tradetest or Degree holder
• 2 - 5 Years
• Must have worked for BFL with W&H machine
• Hand on trouble shooting for BFL Machine and process
• Must have knowledge of handling 3-Layer W&H Machine, 5-Layer W&H Machine and 7-Layer W&H Machine
• Must have knowledge of resins. i.e LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE & Metallocene and other resins
• Knowledge of Safety legislation relating to Process and packaging equipment
• Should have good knowledge of processes involved
• Troubleshooting skills
• Problem solving skills
