Job Description

• The Overall purpose of the RM’s Role is to Plan, Organize, Implement, Coordinate and Supervise all assigned outlets operations with the aim of ensuring a robust sales and operational system that will deliver defined Revenue, Profit, Growth and Customer Satisfaction Objectives at the lowest possible Cost.

Responsibilities
Include:

• Manage and coordinate assigned outlets’ material and human resources to achieve and exceed monthly sales, Transactions and Corporate Customers targets and other revenue indicators.
• Ensure clear communication of performance expectations to all assigned outlets team and institute effective process of actualizing the expectations.
• Ensure effective day-to-day supervision of all assigned outlets with the view of ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal utilization of all human and material resources; using established performance monitoring template.
• Routinely issue daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business activity and performance progress reports on all assigned job roles and responsibilities as required by the Management.

Competencies, Skills & Behaviours:

• B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Senior Operations management role
• Ability to influence others positively

• Understanding of market trends particularly in pastry & confectionery products.
