Job Description

• The Finance Officer will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• The Finance Officer will work closely with department heads to ensure financial goals are met and provide guidance on financial matters.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
• Preparing and monitoring budgets and financial forecasts
• Generating financial reports for management and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Preparing and filing tax forms and other financial documents
• Assessing financial risks and making recommendations to management
• Providing guidance to department heads on financial matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in a financial management role
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task efficiently.
