Job Description

• We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Service Representative at our retail pharmacy stores in Victoria Island and Lekki, Lagos.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
• Attend to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a welcoming and tidy store environment.
• Assist customers in locating products and making informed purchasing decisions.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Respond to online customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution of online issues.
• Actively promote store products and ongoing promotions.
• Participate in the execution of in-store events and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees in any relevant field with 3 - 6 years relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 9 pm, and alternate weekends from 9 am to 9 pm.
• Must be ready to stand for extended periods and attend to customer needs efficiently.

Requirements:

• Reside in or around Victoria Island, Surulere, Yaba, Bariga, Obalende, and Lekki.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and alternate weekends.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
