• As we strive for excellence, we are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities
As the Experienced Housekeeper, you will be responsible for:

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
• Ensure rooms are well-stocked with amenities and essentials.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Linen and Laundry:

• Manage and maintain inventory of linen and cleaning supplies.
• Coordinate and handle laundry services efficiently.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Guest Services:

• Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs promptly.
• Assist in preparing rooms for guest arrivals and departures.
• Respond to guest requests and maintain a positive guest experience.

Quality Control:

• Implement and adhere to quality control standards.
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Housekeeper in a hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
