Job Title: Assistant Supervisor - Cashew Nut Shell Liquid

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Reporting to the Supervisor or other senior managers as required.
• Liaising between the Supervisor and other employees.
• Monitoring both individual and team job performance metrics.
• Providing staff with technical guidance and assistance.
• Relaying productivity concerns to the Supervisor.
• Preparing work schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any role.
• 3-7 years experience in a Cashew manufacturing company.
• Proven experience in a Cashew Nut Shell Liquid extraction company is essential
• Experience in using various types of cashew nut shell liquid production machinery and tools
• Experience in liaising between management and employees.
• Exceptional ability to motivate employees and foster teamwork.
• Proficiency in monitoring and reporting job performance metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
