We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mixologist / Bartender

Location: Akoka, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage customers order
• Prepare and serve cocktails and mocktails.
• Prepare molecular mixology beverages.
• Understand and analyse spirits.
• Manage and implement business continuity plans.
• Understand and master cocktail component
• Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Implement loss/risk prevention.
• Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures.
• Manage cost and quality controls.
• Manage crisis situations.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a FSLC, ONC, or NCE with at least 3 years experience.

Salary
N720,000 / Annum.
