We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Processing Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Role

• Implement production plan in line with Processing Standard Operating Procedures
• Handle water treatment plant (Backwash, chlorine, soda ash, etc.)
• Conduct routine cleaning-in-progress (CIP). Ensures proper and effective cleaning of production lines (Preproduction and Post production)
• Accurately weigh the ingredients used for production and ensure proper appropriate portion is used.
• Properly mixingredients used for production in line with the manual.
• Adhere to the quality control process and standards of the company.
• Ensure safety of products and personnel.
• Prevent wastage in production
• Maintain good manufacturing practice
• Ensures continuous leaning and development and keep abreast of recent juice and beverages standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 3 - 5 years relevant experience in independently processing juice in a semi-automatic and fully automatic Beverage production plant.
• Advanced knowledge of Juice processing andquality control.
• Must be able to independently conduct CIP, water treatment and batch mixing.
• Ability to conduct CIP, water treatment and batch mixing.
