- Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that an organization is following all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- They conduct audits, assess risks, and develop strategies to maintain compliance.

- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
- Analyze and assess risks associated with compliance
- Train and educate employees on compliance issues
- Collaborate with other departments to implement compliance strategies

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, or related field
- Experience working in a compliance role
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations applicable to the industry
