Job Title: ERP / IT Officer
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Description
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Resolving IT support requests from employees. Troubleshoot system and network problems,
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Setting up of new PC for a new employee during the onboarding process. Install, update, and
- Configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications software
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the optimum benefit from them.
- Make sure that systems are not working slow – day to day monitoring.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks. Maintaining databases and

- Replace faulty system parts by own as required.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a FSLC qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
- Basic knowledge of Windows server
- Proficient with Ms-Office packages
- Proficient with Windows OS
- Basic knowledge of Google App sheet.
