Job Description
- We are seeking a Sales Lead to join our team at Pella Group (Mushin). For this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services, ensuring productivity, identifying potential clients, generating leads, engaging with prospects, negotiating and closing deals, and contributing to the company's overall success.

- Performance Analysis and Reporting.
- Budget Management.
- Performance Evaluation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND or BSc.
- Proven experience in Outdoor marketing or similar roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Applicant must reside around Ikorodu environs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Knowledge of the real estate market..
- Must have experience in the Microfinance sector.
Salary
N50,000 - N65,000, with 5% commission on sales.
