Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and general inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as logistics and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in a customer service role
• Proven track record in a customer service role, preferably in e-commerce or medical tech.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
