Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in a customer service role
- Proven track record in a customer service role, preferably in e-commerce or medical tech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
