Ceesolar is an indigenous company located in Jabi, Abuja. We specialize in four major business segments which are: Construction of Mini-grid, Commercial and Industrial Solar, Advisory and Consultancy Services & Energy systems deployment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branding / Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive branding and communication strategies aligned with CEESOLAR’s mission and values.
• Drive online visibility and optimize content to enhance CEESOLAR’s digital presence.
• Craft compelling and consistent written content for various communication channels, maintaining brand tone and messaging.
• Create visually compelling graphics and designs for a variety of materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, social media content, and website elements.
• Ensure consistency and coherence in brand messaging across all communication platforms.
• Oversee and maintain the company website, ensuring it reflects brand identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for effective communication campaigns.
• Manage and update content on various communication channels, including the company website and social media profiles.
• Create engaging documentaries that showcase CEESOLAR’s initiatives and impact.
• Participate in the development of marketing materials, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Uphold brand guidelines and standards in all internal and external communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in branding and communications roles, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proven experience in SEO, website management, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Photography skills is an added advantage.
