Job Title: Cybersecurity Facilitator

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Enugu, Kano, Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

  • We are launching an exciting project aimed at empowering unemployed youth by providing them with the skills and knowledge to become successful YouTube content creators and frontend website developers caped with essential cybersecurity compliance.
  • We are currently seeking experienced facilitators to lead our training sessions and guide participants through our customized modules.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions on cybersecurity principles, practices, and tools.
  • Implement a participant-centered learning approach to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Provide hands-on guidance during practical sessions, simulations, and real-world scenarios.
  • Customize training materials to address varying skill levels and backgrounds.
  • Foster a collaborative and ethical cybersecurity mindset among participants.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the field of cybersecurity.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Passion for mentoring and empowering individuals in the field of cybersecurity.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and technologies.
  • Experience with risk assessment, threat modeling, and incident response.
  • Knowledge of ethical hacking and penetration testing.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
