Job Description

• Our client in the Hospitality Industry is seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketer to join the team and contribute to the growth of the brand.
• As a Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and boost revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract target audiences and increase brand awareness, bookings, and revenue.
• Manage and optimize diverse marketing channels including social media, email marketing, public relations, influencer marketing, and offline campaigns.
• Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and fine-tune strategies for continual improvement.
• Contribute to the development and execution of loyalty programs and customer retention initiatives.
• Work closely with other departments such as sales, operations, customer service to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements
