Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Officer
Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: Mondays to Saturdays
Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
- The Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for administrative tasks and making the company a better place to work.
Responsibilities
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development plans
- Develop and provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Assist in performance management processes
- Maintain employee records in line with company policies
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievances issues
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees
- Minimum of three (3) years experience as an HR Officer or other HR Role
- Knowledge of HR functions
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and ethics.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
