We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

• Carry out activities to share the business values with the customers.
• Carry out other market research channels.
• Carry out the brand communication plans.
• Carry out the brand plans.
• Carry out the customer loyalty plans.
• Collect customer satisfaction and feedback.
• Create creative materials, templates and collaterals.
• Create innovation campaigns to drive higher customer loyalty.
• Deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Execute the brand campaigns.
• Forecast the upcoming market needs.
• Generate customer awareness.
• In charge of the customer retention programmes.
• In charge of the product quality, design and brand style.
• Review the brand campaigns.
• Review the programmes.
• Study the market trends to improve brand marketing
• Use research information to understand consumer trends.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
