Job Description

• The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the overall growth of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, ensuring smooth transition for new hires.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
• Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance review, and development plans.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Manage HR records and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
