Description

Responsibilities
Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service by taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
• Ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

Mixology:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Showcase creativity in mixing drinks and staying updated on cocktail trends.

Order Management:

• Manage customer tabs accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
• Monitor and restock bar supplies to meet customer demand.

Cleanliness and Organization:

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including utensils and glassware.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines in food and beverage preparation.

Customer Engagement:

• Interact with patrons, providing engaging and personable service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Menu Knowledge:

• Familiarize yourself with the drink menu and ingredients to assist customers.
• Upsell and promote special offerings or promotions.

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with bar and waitstaff to deliver a seamless service experience.
• Assist in training new staff and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Bartending certification or relevant training.
• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling.
• Compliance with responsible alcohol service regulations.
