Description

• We are currently partnering with a key player in the insurance industry to find a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer to contribute to the growth and success of their business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in business development within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, services, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key partners.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
