Responsibilities
Food Preparation:

  • Execute precise and high-quality preparation of tapas dishes.
  • Maintain consistency in portion sizes, presentation, and taste.

Kitchen Management:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including scheduling, ordering supplies, and managing inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Quality Control:

  • Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes to uphold culinary standards.
  • Address any issues promptly and implement corrective measures.

Creativity and Innovation:

  • Bring creativity to the kitchen, experimenting with flavors and techniques.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into the tapas menu.

Customer Interaction:

  • Collaborate with serving staff to explain and promote tapas offerings.
  • Be receptive to customer feedback and adjust menu items accordingly.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3-10 years experience
  • Proven experience as a Chef, preferably with a focus on tapas or small plates.
  • Culinary certification or experience.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly experienced in food safety and sanitation.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
