Job Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of our inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of our supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular checks and data entry.
• Pace orders for new stock, track deliveries, and verify received items against purchase orders.
• Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical stock with records and generate comprehensive reports.
• Inspect incoming stock for damage or defects, addressing quality issues promptly.
• Organize and optimize warehouse space for efficient stock retrieval and storage.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities related to inventory.
• Address and resolve discrepancies, shortages, or overages in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in using inventory management software.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
