Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Greeting and welcoming guests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Answering phone calls and directing as needed
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating front desk activities
- Must be smart, outspoken, confident, and have ability to provide basic and accurate information
- Must keep a proper record/documentation of guests
- Inform guests of hotel rates and services
- Collecting payments with paper works and computers.
Criteria & Required Qualifications
- OND, ND, HND, or B.Sc
- Proven work experience as a front desk officer in a hotel is an added advantage
- Ability to multitask and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer and digital literacy ( MS office word, Google workspace and other relevant tools)
- Team player
- Interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
- Proximity to location will be considered
- Must be organized professionally.
