Role Overview

• We are currently seeking a highly skilled tailoring supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the tailors in our workshop, ensuring that all garments are produced to a high standard and delivered to our clients on time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the tailors in our workshop to ensure that all garments are produced to the highest standard.
• Work with the production team to ensure that all orders are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our clients.
• Monitor the production process to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
• Train and develop the tailors in our workshop to improve their skills and productivity.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in our workshop.
• Work with the sales and marketing team to ensure that our clients' needs are being met and that we are delivering high-quality services.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in tailoring, fashion, printing, or corporate branding.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for quality and a commitment to delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Salary
N120,000 - N200,000 / month.
