Job Title: Salon Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations of the salon.
- Managing staffs and their records including working schedules, salaries and customer engagement
- Keeping records of expenses and revenues
- Promote services and products on social media.
- Hiring and training new employees
- Scheduling regular maintenance service for all equipment
- Handle customers’ compliant and resolve any issue that arises.
- Ensures salon complies with all health and safety obligations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- HND / BSc in any discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a salon manager
- Excellent organization and leadership skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in various social media applications and booking software
- Proficiency in MS office.
