Job Title: Land Acquisition Executive

Location: Shagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Technical understanding of Infrastructural projects, related SI dimensions and enumeration, calculations and metrics.
• Can lead the team as profiles earlier might be more of field talents as opposed to the preferred team leaders.
• Profiles that can interphase with top govt representatives both in terms of presence, poise and communication.
• Have handled projects end to end including activities like land scouting, meeting rural communities, negotiated compensation for both crops and buildings, resettled inhabitants, engaged govt etc.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-6 years experience.

Salary
N10,000,000 - N11,000,000 / Annum.
