Responsibilities
- Focused on achieving set sales goals throiugh realtors
- Initiate strategies that will lead to the company having effective footprint of its brands in real estate market segment.
- Source for new clients and manage the relationships of old and existing clients ensuring that theyincrease on regular basis.
- Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Degree/HND in any course of study.
- At least three years of robust sales and marketing experience in real estate.
Other Conditions:
- They understand the whole rudiments of salesand relationship management process.
- They must possess competence in prospecting and managing subs
- They must be very hardworking, target oriented,with high level of integrity and leadership skills to achieve set targets.
- Must age between 27 - 35 years.
