Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance restaurant performance and profitability.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of culinary and service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Financial Management: Drive financial success through budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Customer Experience: Uphold and enhance the restaurant's reputation for outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs to create and update menus that reflect culinary trends and meet customer expectations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Staff Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Contribute to marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clientele.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven success in managing high-end dining establishments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of current culinary trends and customer preferences.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.
