Responsibilities

• Overseeing the preparation and service of the food
• Take, complete and deliver the food orders
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements

• Relevant and related certification
• 2 - 5 years of proven experience as a Sous Chef
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of diverse cuisines and cooking techniques.
