We are a leading Upstream Oil & Gas company with active operatorship of prolific blocks. As a result of our current expansion and development programmes, we are recruiting experienced, passionate, intelligent and resourceful Professionals to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cook / Steward

Location: Nigeria

Duties and Responsibilities

• The Job holder will be responsible for the preparation of food and provide Catering and Steward services on Production Platform/Flowstation.
• Preparation of food and baking of pastry products Ensuring that food preparation meets standard and hygiene requirements.
• General maintenances of kitchen utensils, cleaning pots and pans
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned by superior officer(s).
• The Steward is responsible for assisting the cooks
• The Seward will be responsible for general cleaning and maintenance of rooms, washing and changing of beddings
• The Steward will responsible for the serving of meals Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Cook/Chef and other superior officer(s).

Minimum Education and Experience

• Must possess relevant and valid Professional Catering and Food handler Certificates
• Education: The Cook is required to possess Professional Catering and Food handler Certificates. The Steward must have a minimum of Senior School Certificate.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 year relevant Offshore experience as Chef/Cook/Steward in a restaurant or onboard a Vessel, platform or Flowstation with a large crew.
• Must be able to work on offshore rotation schedule and must be physically and medically fit.
• Proficiency in IT, at least basic office software is compulsory.
