We are recruiting to fill the vacant position of:
Job Title: Architect
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- To plan, create model and manage building constructions
- Ensure that the design is safe, useful, functional, without compromising on the law and regulation of that given area where the construction takes place.
Responsibilities
- Develop concept and prototype design to approve company brief.
- Develop schematic drawings to approve specification.
- Translate client brief into conceptual drawings.
- Produce details workings for construction activities.
- Ensure all required document needed for construction are complete before commencement of construction.
Required Qualification
- M.Sc/B.Arc degree in Architecture with minimum of 5 years experience.
- Must be a registered member of relaxant professional body.
