The Company invests and develops in all sectors of the real estate market in Nigeria and other select West African countries, to include Residential, Retail, Offices, Industrial/ distribution warehouses, other commercial properties and the hospitality sector.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Store Keeper

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update databases regularly.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reorder requests as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to fulfill internal orders promptly.
• Keep the store area clean and well-organized.
• Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
• Assist in maintaining vendor relationships and negotiating favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures in the store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy items.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Working Conditions:

• The position involves regular lifting, standing, and walking.
• May require occasional overtime during peak periods.
