Job Title: Data Analyst

What You'll Do
- Work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements.
- Analyse data models to deliver logical conclusions.
- Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes, which is a business analyst's primary role.
- Inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes.
- Interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes.
- Sound knowledge and expertise in evaluating the implications of changes.
- Writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes.
- Conducting tests, surveys, and workshops and reporting daily activities.
What You'll Bring
- BA/BSc Degree in Science or Social Sciences, Operations or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis
- Ability to take initiative and be flexible in a constantly-changing work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of excel / google sheets and ease with a variety of tech platforms and reporting.
