We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Website Content Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Create, develop and manage content for organization’s web presence(requires working with content management software)
- Coordinate web projects across departments
- Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties
- Working with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web content
- Copy-edit and proofread all web content
- Track and report on all site metrics
- Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors
- Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference
- Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, listservs, and events.
Requirements
- A Degree/HND in English, Journalism, Technical writing or any other related course of study.
- A minimum of second class lower degree/equivalent.
- Must be resident in Lagos.
- A minimum of 2yrs cognate working experience.
Desired Skills:
- Be comfortable in writing and communicating effectively about technology.
- Basic Adobe photoshop skills.
- Understand what makes a good online marketing campaign.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Team working skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
