Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an operations analyst.
• The operations analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks in loan disbursements, which include reviewing loan applications, assessing loan revocations, monitoring disbursements, and coordinating loan recovery.
• The operations analyst will work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: The candidate must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Communication: The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills to convey, interpret, and provide feedback to team members, clients, and partners.
• Finance: The candidate must possess a deep understanding of financial principles, including accounting, taxes, and compliance regulations.
• Customer Service: The candidate must have the ability to provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Accounting: The candidate must have a good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Attention to Detail: The candidate must possess a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in loan processing, compliance, and data management.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
