Job Title: Security Operations Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
- Security Operations Oversight: Provide leadership and direction for all aspects of security operations, including automation systems, product deployments, and manned guard services
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industries, and regions for business expansion.
- Security Solutions Customization:Collaborate with the technical team to customize security solutions according to client requirements.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Marketing and Promotion:Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the company's services and products.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse team of security professionals, including automation technicians, product specialists, and security guards.
- Security Automation: Implement, monitor, and maintain security automation solutions such as CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm monitoring.
- Product Deployment:Coordinate the deployment and maintenance of security products, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Manned Guard Services: Supervise and optimize the deployment of security guards, ensuring timely response to security incidents and adherence to protocols.
- Client Relations:Maintain strong client relationships, understand their security needs, and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
- Security Policy and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with industry regulations.
- Technology Integration: Identify opportunities for integrating security automation with manned guard services to enhance overall security effectiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities and progress towards targets.
Qualifications and Specifications
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and Security Studies, Security Management is also an added advantage.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in security operations management, including experience with automation systems and manned guard services.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in security technologies and the ability to comprehend and discuss technical specifications with clients.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in security and operations management can be an advantage (e.g., Certified Protection Professional, Certified Security Project Manager).
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and vendors.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address security issues effectively.
- Business Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, optimize resources, and contribute to the company's growth and profitability.
