Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Present, market, and sell goods and services to current and potential clients with persuasive reasoning.
  • Perform a cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing or potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Create, nurture, and preserve a positive business and consumer rapport.
  • Reach out to potential customers.
  • In order to increase satisfaction, expedite the settlement of consumer complaints and issues.
  • Reach predetermined sales goals and objectives on time.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Examine the market territory or potential, monitor sales, and receive status updates.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
