OSO Consult - Our client, a leading indigenous branding and packaging firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract (Fully On-site)

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise production and order entry.
• Keep track of key performance indicators (KPI) across different units.
• Monitor and report on unit performance.
• Supervise and train employees; provide administrative support (e.g., updating inventory); ensure compliance with established standards.
• Provide basic training and supervision in operations to the company’s employees.
• Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business units.
• Monitor compliance with operational policies and the progress of administrative tasks.
• Coordinate all activities of the production team for efficient and timely job completion.
• Ensure timely delivery of the completed job to the client's location (within the state or interstate).
• Produce a timely and accurate report on job orders, completion, and delivery (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Drive the company’s vehicle from time to time for delivery.

Experience and Educational Qualifications

• Minimum of OND with 1-2 years experience
• Proven experience in overseeing operational processes; strong leadership and team coordination
• Operations supervisor experience with Driving Experience (Branding and Packaging company)

Skills:

• Good command of English
• Ability to work with different types of customers
• Familiar and fluent in computer skills
• Driving experience is a must-have

Requirements:

• Must have a valid drivers licence
• Only candidates that reside within Mushin, Isolo, Shomolu, Surulere, Ilupeju, Oshodi and environs will be considered

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / Month.
