Job Title: Social Media / Customer Service Representative
Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Primary Responsibilities
- Responding to customers' queries via social media, managing the company's social media visibility, and reviewing social media campaigns.
- Serve as the main contact point for customers wanting to engage with the company via social media.
- Maintain the company's online reputation; monitor and respond to customer complaints, questions, and suggestions through social media.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
- Provide excellent customer service with great attention to detail.
- Knowing company products and services to effectively communicate with customers and provide them with the correct resolution.
- Staying informed on all the current and latest social media trends, innovations, and changes.
Experience and Educational Qualifications
- Minimum of OND with 1-2 years experience.
- Strong knowledge of the social media channels and their best practices
- Ability to provide a positive customer experience.
- Excellent writing skills with good attention to grammar and sentence structure
- Ability to manage and handle customers on social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google+.
Salary
N50,000 - N55,000 / Month.
